Nordic Fight Night Frederikshavn

The Nordic Fight Night returned to the Arena Nord in Frederikshavn on September 7. Here is a recap of all the action including Patrick Nielsen's victory and Cecilia Braekhus' defence of her WBA, WBC & WBO Female Welterweight titles.

1st fight - Wallin wins by TKO round 2. The Swedish youngster knocked his opponent Valeri Semiskur down with a fierce body shot in round 2. Official time was 55 seconds.

2nd fight - Anthony Yigit won all rounds according to the judges scorecards after six rounds of boxing against Andrei Staliarchuk.

3rd fight - “Golden Boy” Oscar Ahlin continued his unbeaten, as he won against Egidijus Kakstys by TKO in round 2.

4th fight - Simen Smaadal added another win to his record as he defeated Oleg Fedotovs after six rounds of boxing.

5th fight - Norwegian Tim-Robin Lihaug knocked out Tzvetozar Iliev and won after just 57 seconds of the first round. That was Lihaugs fourth win as a professional.

6th fight - Danish youngster Rashid Kassem defeats Yordan Vasilev after six rounds of boxing. Scores: 60-54, 60-54 and 60-54.

7th fight - Ahmed "Babyface" Kaddour wins by unanimous decision against Aleksei Tsatiasvili. 59-55, 60-54 and 58-56.

8th fight - Dennis Ceylan defeated fellow countryman Tommi Schmidt by TKO after 1 minute and 55 seconds of round 1.

9th fight - Patrick Nielsen defended his WBA Intercontinental Middleweight Title and added the WBO Intercontinental Middleweight Title to his collection when he defeated Patrick Majewski after 12 rounds of boxing. The judges scored the fight 119-108, 119-108 and 118-109.

10th fight - Cecilia Braekhus defended her WBA, WBC and WBO Female Welterweight titles defeating Oxandia Castillo by TKO in round 9.
