Ceylan forced to withdraw from Montilla rematch

Danish featherweight Dennis Ceylan (12-0-1, 6 KOs) has been forced to withdraw from his fight with Christian Montilla (6-3-1, 3 KOs) this Saturday due to illness.

The pair were scheduled to meet in a repeat of their August encounter in Erfurt, Germany, which ended a draw. However, Ceylan has been suffering from a fever and is unable to compete. The fight will be rescheduled for next year.

Fans can still look forward to an action packed show at the Albertslund MusikTeatret in Copenhagen, with boxing brothers Patrick and Micki Nielsen co-headlining the hometown show.

Patrick Nielsen (22-1, 11 KOs) returns against Lukasz Wawrzyczek (20-3-2, 3 KOs), while Micki Nielsen (15-0, 12 KOs) faces former Mikkel Kessler opponent Gysmyr Perdomo (21-4, 14 KOs).

The Nordic Fight Night will be broadcast live on TV3 Sport 2 (17.30-21.00) and TV3+ (21.00-01.00). Tickets are available via http//:www.billetnet.dk.
