Location: Ufgauhalle, Karlsruhe

Vincent Feigenbutz (25-2, 23 KOs) defends his IBF Intercontinental Super Middleweight title against Hungarian Norbert Nemesapati (25-5, 18 KOs) at Ufgauhalle in Karlsruhe this Saturday, May 13. Feigunbutz’s original opponent, Russia’s Andrej Sirotkin was forced to withdraw from the bout due to illness.

“Although I had prepared myself for facing Sirotkin, I am looking forward to this new challenge in Nemesapati”, said the KO star Feignbutz.

21 year-old Nemesapati, a former WBO Youth World Light Heavyweight Champion and Hungarian Super Middleweight Champion, has a number of high profile names on his resume, including the former WBC World Super Middleweight Champion Anthony Dirrell and England’s Callum Smith.

However, the 21 year-old Feigenbutz revealed he is hoping to go one better than Nemesapati’s previous big name opponents. “I’m hoping to do what Anthony Dirrell and Callum Smith were not able to do, and that is knock Nemesapait out!”

Feigenbutz will be boxing in his hometown of Karlsruhe, and reveals he is hoping to challenge for a World title by the end of the year.“Hopefully I will be challenging for a World title later this year. We’re really going for it!” said Feigenbutz.

“I learned so much from the mistakes I made against De Carolis and I am a much better fighter as a result. I am only 21 years old so I have my whole boxing future ahead of me. But I am always ready to fight against anyone and everyone!”
